Bonnie is a leadership trainer, consultant and Coach for 13 years building on more than 20 years in management and leadership development in government agencies. As a former Director of Professional Development for the U.S. Treasury Department, Bonnie brings a unique combination of hands-on executive experience and expertise to her leadership development work. She very much understands the complexities and challenges facing managers working within large private and public service organizations, particularly in times of change and excels in assisting leaders in increasing the effectiveness of their efforts.… She works to explore cognitive, emotional and physical aspects of the client’s response to situations and then assist the client to identify beliefs and actions that will support success within the client’s unique organizational system. Her extensive client list includes recognized corporate and government organizations such as KPMG, NASA, FDIC, Verizon, HP, Capital One Bank. FHFA, AOL, State Farm Insurance, International Finance Corporation/World Bank, Federal Reserve bank, SEC among others… Bonnie holds a Masters degree in Public Administration and is a certified Executive coach for more than 11 years with IFC master level equivalency having coached hundreds of profession staff. She is an adjunct Professor in graduate programs at both Georgetown University and The International University of Monaco. She is qualified or certified in numerous leadership/personality/EI assessments as well as emotional intelligence.
