Bridging Course 3-day
Praxis is a community driven Framework which can help you and your organisation realise the intended benefits of projects, programmes and portfolios - keeping stakeholders happy.
The Praxis Framework™ is a combination of four types of best practice guidance; Knowledge, Method, Competency and Capability and is the first free Framework to integrate projects, programmes and portfolios in a single guide.
Who should attend?
The Praxis Framework Bridging course provides another way of becoming a Praxis Framework Practitioner without having to have completed the Foundation certification. So, if you already hold another project management qualification, you can build on what you already know and learn how to apply Praxis to real-life situations.
The Bridging Course is for those who have previously undertaken training and would prefer to use a more integrated framework going forward.
Key learning objectives:
- How to apply and tailor the Praxis Framework Management (P3M) functions and the interpersonal skills required of a project or programme manager to the complexity of a given scenario.
- The similarities and differences between the Praxis Framework and PRINCE2®, MSP® and APM BoK.
