Many teams are new to Virtual Project Management and are having to navigate through what appears to be very difficult and choppy waters; others have been operating using this approach for some time.

This course is designed to re-affirm some of the key practices that all of us should be considering/using when working and connecting with other people in the virtual project space.

This is a 3 x 2-hour course scheduled:  27- 29th May 10:00 - 12:00 (CET)
