Coachee's 360° assessment to determine the current state of play (strengths and weaknesses) OPTIONAL
During the first coaching session, Coach and Coachee reflect together on the assessment results and define the goals of the coaching process.
Coach and coachee agree and document the coaching plan and identify key performance indicators.
Manager approves the coaching plan
Coach and Coachee begin the coaching sessions, according to the coaching plan
Coach and Coachee co-produce the report, which summarizes the coaching process describing the improvements and any areas still requiring work.
A decision is made by the Coachee’s Manager/HR whether to cease coaching or to continue with additional follow-up session
