Our 1-2-1 Coaching Approach

  • Meeting
  • A first meeting with the Project Manager’s (coachee) Manager/HR to identify the individual needs, aligned with the company goals.

  • Assessment
  • Coachee's 360° assessment to determine the current state of play (strengths and weaknesses) OPTIONAL
  • 3
  • 1st Session
  • During the first coaching session, Coach and Coachee reflect together on the assessment results and define the goals of the coaching process.
  • 4
  • Agreement
  • Coach and coachee agree and document the coaching plan and identify key performance indicators.
  • 5
  • Approval
  • Manager approves the coaching plan
  • 6
  • 1st Session
  • Coach and Coachee begin the coaching sessions, according to the coaching plan
  • 7
  • Report
  • Coach and Coachee co-produce the report, which summarizes the coaching process describing the improvements and any areas still requiring work.
  • 8
  • Decision
  • A decision is made by the Coachee’s Manager/HR whether to cease coaching or to continue with additional follow-up session
