Individuals and coaches commit to and are accountable for making agreed coaching calls.

Pre and post evaluation available to measure improvement(s).
Initial complementary Discovery Phase to baseline and define organisational goals and desired outcomes.

Each individual agrees a commitment to action, successfully engages with a kick-off session and a closing session and completes a post program evaluation report.
